CAMSHAFT FAILURE

On the way back from Mt Vernon Ill I experienced a failure of my camshaft. I successfully landed on an airport and trailered the KR home to Michigan. I began removing parts of the engine until I exposed the cause of the problem, which was a broken camshaft. As of now, The disassembly is not complete. Here are a few early pictures.

	Some of the bolts were loose and the bolt holes have elongated. There is also damage to the back of the oil pump from the bolts trying to move out of their holes.
